 Reporting a bug

To submit your bug report, please fill in all the fields below, then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Some Important Notes Before You Submit Your Report
    To assist us in isolating the problem, we ask that you submit a reproducible test case or the exact steps to reproduce the failure. If the problem is not 100% reproducible from the information provided below, please let us know.
   
We will consider all reproducible bug reports and work on documenting them. However, we are not able to guarantee that any one problem will be resolved in any specific version of a SEASAFE product.
    Reports received through this page by clients with a support contract with Seasafe will receive a direct response. All other reports will be logged but we do not guarantee that correspondence will be entered into, in such case, if the problem you are reporting requires direct one-to-one support from SEASAFE or if you require a response or resolution, please contact us regarding obtaining technical support.

Project files to reproduce the problem:

IMPORTANT: if possible, please email the SEASAFE or PLF input files needed to reproduce the ship/rig project on our computer to . These files can be found in the project directory. For ship projects, we will need the LINES and VOLUME input files (for example, lines.in and volume.in) and the GSTAB GDB database file (projectname.gdb). For PLF projects, we will need the PLFDEF and PLFWND input files and the GSTAB GDB database file (projectname.gdb). Please check the box below if you are sending the files
